Roadtrip 2023 : Dolomites

My wife and I eagerly arrived in Bergamo, anticipating the adventure that awaited us in Italy. Stepping off the plane, we were immediately struck by the stunning mountain vistas. After securing our rental car, we embarked on a scenic drive to Lake Garda, where every twist and turn revealed breathtaking landscapes.

In Malcesine, we settled into San Carlo Hotel, eager to explore the charming town and the vast beauty of Lake Garda over the next two days. Leaving Malcesine, we journeyed towards the Dolomites, where the road to Selva di Val Gardena offered unparalleled views of towering peaks and verdant valleys. Arriving in Selva di Val Gardena, we found ourselves enchanted by the alpine village nestled amidst this natural wonder.

During our stay, we immersed ourselves in the splendor of the Dolomites, hiking trails and discovering hidden gems in the surrounding valleys. Each evening, we returned to the cozy Hotel Acadia, indulging in hearty meals and savoring moments of relaxation with a glass of prosecco.

From the historic streets of Bergamo to the shores of Lake Garda and the majestic peaks of the Dolomites, northern Italy's charm and beauty left an indelible mark on our hearts. As we bid farewell to Selva di Val Gardena, we felt grateful for the memories and eager to return and explore more of this extraordinary region in the future.
